 Mr. Anand Kumar was born in East Champaran, Bihar in 2003 and after completion of his High School education from Scholars India Senior Secondary School, Muzaffarpur in 2018, he went on to complete his Diploma in Electrical engineering from the Government Polytechnic College, Patna in 2021.
He joined the Outreach Division of IPR as a Scientific Assistant in August 2023
