IPR Academic Visits - December 2025

As a part of Outreach Activities of IPR, local schools and colleges as well as other outstation educational institutions are invited to visit IPR, FCIPT and its R&D facilities.

National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar

43 students of B.Sc.-M.Sc. Forensic Science (Integrated) Sem-1 with a faculty member of National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar visited IPR on 1st December 2025. At IPR, these students and faculty were introduced to Basics of Plasma, Fusion, Tokamak and Other applications of Plasma by Mr. Gattu Rameshbau. Later, plasma based exibits at Outreach Hall were demonstrated by Outreach division members to the visitors. Finally the visitors were briefed about SST1 tokamak by Mr. Gattu Ramesh in the tokamak hall.

Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar

57 students with 4 faculty members of School of Physical Education and Sports, Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar visited IPR on 2nd December 2025. 88 students with 3 faculty members of Class 9th of Shiv Ashish World School, Ahmedabad visited IPR on 10th December 2025.
