RTI Act, 2005 - SECTION 4

A new legislation has been enacted, viz., the Right to Information Act, 2005. This applies to the Institute for Plasma Research(IPR).

As per the provisions of Sub-sections 1 and 2 of Section 5, and Sub-section 1 of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI) and subsquent amendments, the following officials have been designated as under:
