General Info

1) Travel: The Ahmedabad is well connected from Delhi and Mumbai with a number of flights in the morning and in the evening. The Ahmedabad is also directly connected from the Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha, in this case immigration will be done at Ahmedabad itself.

2) Accommodation: The LOC has blocked enough rooms for our foreign participants at discounted rates in the same hotel Narayani Heights Gandhinagar. It is the same conference venue.  The price of Delux room is INR 4500 + taxes.  This price includes morning breakfast and free wi-fi in the room. In order to get this price please book/confirm your accommodation on or before March 15.

3) Local Transport:  The Airport pick-up and drop facility will be provided. Please provide your itinerary well in advance to manage your local transport.
