Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Gandhinagar (Gujarat) conducted Plasma Awareness Week 2025 during 19-21 Feb 2025 at IPR premises.

Five local Government schools with 290 students and 13 teachers participated during Plasma Awareness Week 2025. Students and teachers were introduced to Plasma and its applications by outreach members, Mr. Chetan Jariwala, Ms. Harsha Machhchar and Mr. Narendra Chauhan in local language, Gujarati.

Students and teachers were shown plasma based exhibits at outreach hall by outreach members. Later, they visited SST1 tokamak. Students and teachers enjoyed hot snacks and colddrinks during the visit.
