Accommodation
Plasma-2017 has identified hotels with discounted tariffs where participants can stay during the conference. Participants are required to make their own bookings. Please mention the booking code PLASMA2017IPR while making your booking to avail the discuonted rates. Procedure to book your accomodation ; 1. Choose your hotel 2. Contact hotel and make your reservation / payment 3. Once your booking is confirmed by the hotel, inform the Local Organizing Committee of your accommodation details by clicking the following link. Click here to send your hotel details to LOC, Plasma-2017 Participants may use public transportation or taxi aggregators (Ola, Uber etc) or autorickshaw to reach the hotels from airport / railway station. Transportation to and from the hotels to the venue will be provided during the days of the conference. The below tariff is applicable only for bookings made on or before 20 October, 2017. Participants are requested to make their reservations before this date, as only limited rooms are availiable. |
