The conference will organize a boat trip in the enchanting backwaters of central Kerala followed by dinner/cultural activites during the course of the meeting.

In addition to this, the conference also proposes to orgainze (subject to a minimum number of participants) a trip to Vagamon, which is a hill station located about 60 kms from the Conference venue.
