Publication Broadcasting System

The Publication Broadcasting System is an in-house developed software tool implemented on the internal portal INTRA. The tool enables electronic submission of the manuscript.

What is to be broadcasted:

Any abstract/ full manuscript to be presented in a conference.

Any manuscript to be submitted in a journal.

Any manuscript to be submitted as a book chapter.

Who can submit a broadcast entry:

All Affiliates of IPR/ITER-IN/CPP-IPR (Staff/Research Scholars/PDFs/Project Staff/Others) are required to submit their manuscript in the system (usually the lead/main author takes the responsibility).

How to Broadcast:

The author/ co-author has to upload the abstract/ full manuscript (after the similarity checking) in ‘Intra’ and provide all the necessary details and fill the required fields along with the manuscript (upload file size limit is 4 MB).

SIRC verifies the details and broadcasts the same to IPR users for one week (including weekends/holidays).

IPR users can raise concerns in the system, about authorship/ contributions during the broadcast period.

The internal review and approval process will start only after the raised concerns, if any, are resolved.

‘General guidelines’ and a ‘How-to’ are available on the ‘Intra’ portal for the aid of authors.
